Terms

Terms and conditions.

These terms explain the basic rules for using Chutly. By creating an account or using Chutly links, you agree to use the service responsibly.

Acceptable use

You may use Chutly to create, manage, and analyze short links for lawful campaigns, businesses, communities, and personal projects.

You must not use Chutly for phishing, malware, scams, impersonation, spam, illegal content, adult exploitation, hate, harassment, or anything that violates applicable law.

Your links and destinations

You are responsible for the destinations you attach to your links and routing rules. Chutly may remove or disable links that appear abusive, unsafe, deceptive, or illegal.

You should not route users in a way that hides harmful content or misleads visitors about where they are going.

Accounts

You must provide accurate signup details, including a working email address and Telegram username. Keep your password secure.

Accounts may be suspended or banned if they abuse the platform, attempt to evade enforcement, or create risk for visitors or Chutly.

Availability

Chutly aims to keep redirects fast and reliable, but the service may change, pause, or experience downtime.

Chutly is provided as-is, without guarantees that it will meet every use case or remain uninterrupted.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product grows. Continued use of Chutly after updates means you accept the updated terms.
